4dnow Terms & Conditions for Malaysian Players

1 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between the individual user and 4dnow in relation to the website, account services, casino games, live dealer products, sports betting markets, 4D-related entertainment, and associated payment functions. References to “you”, “your”, or “member” mean the registered account holder. References to “we”, “us”, “our”, or the “platform” mean 4dnow.

Your continued use of 4dnow constitutes acceptance of the latest version of these terms. 2 Account Eligibility

3 Account Security and Verification

4 Deposits, Balances, and Payment Methods

Account balances are generally displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Minimum and maximum transaction limits may vary by member status, payment provider, risk review, or operational availability. Supported options may include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, eligible cards, BTC, or USDT.

You may deposit only money that belongs to you and that you are legally entitled to use. Third-party funding is prohibited. Payment providers may impose separate processing times, verification steps, conversion rates, or fees beyond the control of 4dnow. A transaction shown as pending does not become available for wagering until the platform confirms receipt.

Funds held in a 4dnow account are intended for genuine recreational play and are not a banking product. The platform may review deposits followed by little or no wagering, unusual transfers, chargebacks, reversed payments, or activity suggesting misuse of payment systems.

5 Wagers, Odds, and Game Results

A wager becomes valid when accepted and recorded by 4dnow. Merely entering a stake or viewing an odds screen does not create a wager. You must check the selected event, market, price, stake, and potential return before confirming. Once accepted, a wager ordinarily cannot be cancelled or amended at the member's request.

Odds for EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, live football, and other markets may change before acceptance. Obvious pricing errors, incorrect event details, technical faults, duplicated transactions, or markets offered after a known outcome may be corrected or voided. Sports results are settled using the official result recognised by 4dnow under the applicable market rules.

Casino outcomes are determined according to the rules of the relevant game. Interrupted rounds may be completed, restored, or voided based on the recorded system state. Temporary display issues on a phone or browser do not override the result stored by the game or transaction system.

6 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

A 4dnow promotion may be subject to separate rules displayed with the offer. Those rules form part of this agreement. Eligibility may depend on account status, deposit amount, payment method, location, previous promotional use, or membership tier. Unless stated otherwise, one promotional benefit is available per eligible player, household, device, and payment source.

A wagering or rollover requirement describes the amount that must be bet before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a RM100 bonus with a 15x bonus rollover requires RM1,500 in qualifying wagers. Slots may contribute differently from table games, live casino games, or low-risk betting selections.

• A maximum bonus bet may apply, commonly within the range disclosed by the offer.

Weekends, Malaysian public holidays, inaccurate recipient details, provider outages, or security reviews may extend processing.

4dnow may divide a large payout into reasonable instalments according to published transaction limits. A withdrawal can be delayed, rejected, or returned to the account where recipient information is incorrect, the method cannot receive funds, bonus requirements remain outstanding, or the account is under a legitimate fraud or compliance review.

8 Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

Members must use 4dnow honestly and for personal entertainment. You must not manipulate games, exploit software faults, interfere with platform security, use automated betting tools without permission, collude with other users, launder funds, submit false documents, abuse promotions, or threaten staff and other members.

If 4dnow reasonably suspects prohibited conduct, it may restrict functionality, suspend the account, withhold affected transactions while investigating, void improperly obtained benefits, or close the account. Any action will be based on available records, relevant risk indicators, and the need to protect players and platform integrity.

4dnow aims to provide stable access but does not warrant that every game, market, payment channel, or account feature will be continuously available. Maintenance, network failures, supplier outages, device compatibility, internet disruption, or events beyond reasonable control may affect service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 4dnow is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from interrupted access, member device failure, inaccurate information supplied by a user, or unauthorised access caused by failure to secure credentials. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12 Suspension and Account Closure

You may request account closure through customer support, subject to the settlement of pending wagers and lawful payment review. 4dnow may suspend or close an account for breach of these terms, failed verification, duplicate registration, payment reversal, prohibited conduct, prolonged inactivity, security risk, or legal necessity.

Closing an account does not remove obligations that arose beforehand. Legitimate withdrawable balances will be handled after pending wagers, verification, bonus conditions, and investigation requirements are resolved. Records may be retained where required for security, dispute management, or other legitimate compliance purposes.

13 Complaints and Dispute Review

If you disagree with a transaction, settlement, or account decision, contact 4dnow support as soon as reasonably possible. Include your username, transaction reference, wager reference, relevant date, MYR amount, and a clear description of the issue. Screenshots may assist, but platform records remain the primary evidence for technical and transaction review.

Support will acknowledge the complaint and may request additional information. The matter may be escalated to payment, trading, security, or account review teams where necessary. You must cooperate honestly and allow a reasonable period for investigation.

14 General Provisions and Contact

If any clause is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will continue in effect. A delay by 4dnow in enforcing a right does not waive that right. You may not assign or transfer your account or rights under this agreement without prior written permission.
